We are all writing our own saga of books about life. One after another. Often we are living under the assumption that some mysterious source is writing for us, like we have no control. That's true only to a point, there comes a time in life when we must take responsibility for authoring our stories. This is where Pathwork comes in. Pathwork is personal alchemy - it is taking the un-initiated parts of ourselves, being accountable for the places we've allowed ourselves to stay stuck in old outmoded stories that just don't fit, and removing the layers of what no longer serves us. The plots, themes, characters, conflicts, and dramas of the past just don't fit who you've become. But the idea of actually standing in a reality that looks different from what you have or where you've been feels a world away. Pathwork is a six week integrative process designed to bridge the gaps between the old story and the new one. We identify the wound or narrative that's keeping you from stepping forward, dissolve the thought patterns around that idea, learn what aligns as true for who you are today, and then re-build self concept and identity that allows for you to move towards your ambitions. 6 one hour sessions - can be completed through video calls or in person Includes: -Guided Workbook to correspond with the lessons -Check-In & Check-Out at each session -Narrative Reading -Body Scan with diagnostic sheet -Energetic Clearing Session -Theme & Conflict Identifying Journal Prompts -Plan of action (for release or for goal actions) -Curated Ceremony to commemorate stepping into what's newly defined Throughout human history, it has been our nature to mark life's most sacred moments and milestones with rituals, and rites of passage.
